Softly is a personal wellbeing, journaling, and cycle-tracking application designed for general lifestyle and self-care purposes.
Softly is NOT a medical application.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fertility guarantees, contraception guidance, emergency services, or clinical recommendations.
Softly must not be used for pregnancy prevention, fertility planning guarantees, emergency decisions, or medical decision-making.
Cycle predictions, reminders, estimates, and AI-generated suggestions are informational only and may vary significantly between individuals.
Some optional features may generate AI-based tips, reflections, or supportive wellbeing suggestions.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, emotionally inappropriate, generic, outdated, or unsuitable for specific situations.
AI-generated responses do not constitute professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare advice.
Users remain fully responsible for independently evaluating and using any information generated by the App.
Softly is designed to keep most user data stored locally on the user’s device.
We are not designed to centrally maintain personal cycle histories, private notes, or personal wellbeing journals.
You are fully responsible for your device, backups, exported files, passwords, PIN codes, and local storage security.
If you uninstall the App, clear browser/device storage, lose your device, or damage your device, your data may become permanently inaccessible.
We cannot recover deleted local data or lost exported backups.
Softly may provide optional export and import tools for personal backup purposes.
Importing data may overwrite existing local data.
You are solely responsible for safely storing and transferring exported files.
PIN protection is intended as a convenience privacy feature only and should not be considered military-grade, enterprise-grade, or guaranteed encryption security.
You are responsible for remembering and protecting your PIN credentials.
Softly Premium subscriptions may be offered through Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the user’s Google Play account before the renewal date.
Pricing, trial availability, and subscription options may vary depending on region, platform policies, or promotional campaigns.
Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play.
We do not store payment card information.
Except where required by applicable law or platform rules, purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable.

All rights related to Softly, including code, design, branding, structure, features, and visual identity, are owned by or licensed to TIRO-ALP Advertising SRL.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Certain icons, illustrations, and decorative assets are licensed through Canva Pro under valid commercial licensing terms.
Such assets may not be extracted, redistributed, or reused independently of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, reliability, prediction accuracy, compatibility, or suitability for any particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the App will always be error-free, secure, or continuously available across all devices or operating systems.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by malware, stolen devices, unlocked devices, weak passwords, shared devices, or insecure local storage practices.
We may update the App or these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in the user’s jurisdiction.
