Softly is not designed to centrally maintain personal cycle histories, notes, or private wellbeing journals.
Softly does not use advertising SDKs, behavioral profiling systems, third-party analytics platforms, or advertising trackers.
We do not sell, rent, broker, or commercially share user data with advertisers or data brokers.
Some optional features may use AI-generated content to provide general wellbeing suggestions or supportive messages.
When AI features are used, limited contextual information may be temporarily processed in order to generate the requested response.
Softly is designed not to intentionally collect identity information through AI features. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive, medical, financial, or personally identifying information within notes or AI prompts.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, emotionally inappropriate, outdated, or unsuitable for certain situations.
Limited temporary technical logs, including server requests, IP addresses, or security-related logs, may exist for operational, abuse-prevention, debugging, reliability, or security purposes.
These logs are not used for behavioral advertising or user profiling.
If you choose to enter an email address for optional features such as PIN recovery or future account-related functionality, that information is intended only for the requested feature and not for advertising or profiling purposes.

We cannot recover lost local backups or deleted data.
