Local data

Softly stores most user data locally on the user’s device, including cycle entries, notes, preferences, settings, and exported backups.

How to delete your data

You can delete your Softly data by:

• uninstalling the Softly app from your device
• clearing the app storage/cache from your Android device settings
• manually deleting any exported backup files you created

Server-side data

Softly is not designed to centrally store user cycle data, notes, or private wellbeing journals on our servers.
